Porphyrogenitos on the CBB linked to this paper about a variety in Calabria. It has four genders:

1. Nouns that always behave as masculine.
2. Nouns that always behave as feminine.
3. Nouns that act as masculine in the singular and feminine in the plural. This is cognate to the Romanian neuter.
4. Nouns that act as feminine in the singular and masculine in the plural.

The first three it preserved from Latin, but the fourth is innovative.
