I haven't tried to _create_ more loans from Celtic, though in instances where I try to create a new Italic word from PIE, I tend to give precedence to roots also attested in Celtic. (Not that I necessarily believe in the concept of "Italo-Celtic" :) but this tendency is at least a nod in the concept's direction ... at least in the context of conlanging. :))
