Plans for language learning settlement

Hello,

I am making plans to establish houses, where one could stay to learn an unusual language. I am planing for already two years. Now I it even looks like I could get a suitable building site.

If one would like to learn Italian, he could go to Italy for some month or take an intensive course there. As for Na'vi, Proto Italic or Neo Dalmatian, for instance, things would be more difficult. Because making new lands for such languages would be take to much time I think it would be better, to make one house per language. I am not sure yet, if it would be better to have about three languages on the same piece of land or put them far apart, so they could not influence each other to much. On the other hand people could help each other better this way.

A normal day would be about as follows. In the morning people do household and gardening. Then they have lunch. After that everybody could look through dictionaries and old books for some hours, to find more words. The later afternoon would be the right time to write texts yourself or learn useful things for everyday's live, which would be self sufficient for the most part. After dinner everybody could enjoy some free time with relaxing things, like going for walks. The evenings can be used to tell or read each other stories. The house's language would be the only one spoken from the first day.

The houses could look like the one on the link.
