The online Lewis and Short at the Perseus project (http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/cgi-bin/resolveform?lang=Latin) has vowel length marked. In the full version, long vowels are macronned and short vowels are breve'd; in the Elementary version, only the long vowels are marked. There are some other texts where long vowels are unmarked but short vowels are marked as such, so you can still distinguish. -- Mark J. Reed <markjreed@hidden.email>
