I'll have to look at lengthening and diphthongization. Right now, the sound rules eliminate length, so I may have to change that. The problem with changing Vx / __ # is that it will apply also to noun phrases as well. [That was also my problem with retaining x (which would _still_ drop before b, d, z, g, m, n).] I should probably say somewhere that the pronouns involved are lu, la, and li (or zu, za, and zi).
