I'm still confused. Does this meant that Donatists celebrate the resurrection on the first Sunday after the 14th of Nisan? Or they celebrate exactly the 14th? Then it falls on Saturday this year. And would not it mean then a "Pasca of passions" rather then a "Pasca of Resurrection" which would fall on Nisan 16 - the 1st Omer (the day of waving the sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest - Lev.23:9-14)? Btw, the Passover nowadays is celebrated on Nisan 15, not 14, having being linked to the Feast of Unleavened Bread. > The Donatist Christians of Carthage consider > this the true date for the celebration and the > Catholic and Orthodox dates to be anything from > unfortunate errors to abominations against the true > faith, depending on who you're talking to.
