I've just uploaded PDF and RTF versions of my notes on Qurese to the romconlang filespace <http://groups.yahoo.com/group/romconlang/files/>. They contain some external and internal background on Qurese (and, by extension the "Quric family"), as well as a section on o-stem nouns and their development, with a special section on the development of the word for "god" and the name of the chief god in the Qurese pantheon.
I'm afraid these really are just glorified notes -- they don't explain everything terribly well, I'm sure, and they veer back and forth between orthographic transcriptions and phonemic representations with reckless, if not quite wild, abandon .... but hopefully they get across enough of the idea.
I've got some further notes on a-stems and consonant stems ... but they're in even worse shape! I'll try to post them along before too many ages of the world pass away :) And I'm afraid I haven't (yet) drawn up a nice neat table of sound changes, or even clear notes on where I deviate from PIE>Latin or Latin>Romance (since I'm sort of figuring these things out as I hack away at noun declensions :)
