Either way, as Jan said, is acceptable. If you're writing say a guide to the language in Enlgish, then it would be more acceptable to use the English name. Anything written from the perspective of that language, say a newspaper article, you'd naturally want to use the native name. Other times, you might use one or the other to avoid confusion. Two conlangs from the shared world of Ill Bethisad are always referred to using their native names (Brithenig and Kerno), in order to avoid confusion since their English names are "Welsh" and "Cornish" respectively.
