Old Provencial question

I was wondering if any one here could tell me the
(assumed) proper pronunciation of the Old Provencial
word _enojar_. I am particularly concerned about the
pronunciation of the "j". That letter can signify
almost anything depenting on the language involved.

I'm trying to choose between two possible etymologies
for "in a huff" and I'm dithering between a native
derivation directly from Late Latin "inodiare" + VL
-icius</i> and an Old Provencial derivation as above.
At this point it all comes down to the "j".
