Yes. Actually, the perfect forms are quite regular and they derive 
straightly from Latin:

_-wy, -wys', -wy, -wym, -wyc', -wiera~_ for the first and second 
declension (the second includes the Latin 4th declension);

_-szy, -szys', -szy, -szym, -szyc', szera~_ for the third declension. 

In fact, the forms in Wenedyk are more regular than in Latin: for 
example: _dicere_, _dico_, _dixi_, _dictum_ > _dziczer_, _dziku_, 
_dzikszy_, _dzikut_.
