Well, in Ill Bethisad, there is only one race (H.
Sapiens), so this would be rather difficult. And
whilst the French are supposed to be working on a
rocketry programme (they haven't chosen the
colour scheme yet), IB is not yet ready to go
where no man has gone before. So, no flings with
those Rigellian babes!
Now, in The World, it would be technically
possible on account of their being more than one
race. Interracial unions are pretty rare, though.
