Yes you can, according the Narbonese rules :)) . Addressing a president with "vós" would sound like flattery, or sarcasm ("what do you think you are? a king?" :)) ).
I take it that one couldn't address other aristocratic types with the 2pl?
It would be frowned upon, especially since the Gaulhóscs are much more egalitarian than the Franciens :) (even the 3sg feminine of politeness is not very common, and implies strong politeness. Gaulhóscs use "tu" much more easily than Franciens). Basically, the "vós" of politeness sounds to Narbonese speakers like the third person of royalty sounds to us.
