demonstratives

This post is about another change in pervious vocabulary.  C-a's demonstratives istu/ista/isti are changing this is mainly because I decided that they were too Spanish.  I have decided to derive them from que+iste which would give fistu/fista/fisti and make them etymologically closer to Italian and Sardinian though still quite different phonetically.
