Why? I don't think you'll find an institution though. I used Teach Yourself
courses to get Portuguese and Romanian. Spanish, Latin, Italian I learnt at
school. French I learnt from my father. I'm still looking for stuff on
Rumantsch, Occitan and Catalan.
