New Language: Dengueis

At times it seems as if I'm just churning out these romance conlangs by the
dozen. This one, I think, is unique however.

Dengueis is a romance tongue spoken in Telmona, my con-world (it used to be
called Caedha, for those who have good memories). It is essentially the
development of a creole used by Latin traders on the Dweinian coast,
therefore it is a conlang based on Vulgar Latin and my own conlang,
Dweinasen. A romance-conlang based on a conlang- sounds fun, no?

Dengueis is from the Dweinasen word deinwon "coast" and the Latin
suffix -ensis. The traditional "to love another person" quote (we seem to
have standardised this as the Romanceconlang equivalent of the Babel text,
hmm...) is

sedari outro esta wedi faison de teso
love-INF other is-PRES see-INF face of god.

sedari is from Dw. kedarin
outro is from L. alter
esta is from L stare (eliminating esse due to the similarity of L (s)tare
and Dw. tain)
wedi is from L vedere
faison is from Dw. fankjon, influenced by L facia
de is from L.
teso is from Dw. tesu

What do you think?
