still hello... what is a disjunct? are there any other disjuncts than "deictic" ones?bye the way, what does deixis mean? i haven't found it neither in my english dictionary nor in my latin dictionary.

Note that we used the anaphor "binhi" to refer to "binjadi". English does not do this, but instead leaves what's called a "gap". Most languages, however, (including Nasendi) fill the argument slot with an anaphor of the word that the implied argument refers to. This anaphor is called a "resumptive pronoun". In other words, most languages will say something like "I have the table that you want it", where "it" refers to "table". In Nasendi, the resumptive pronoun must be supplied - gaps are not allowed.
in german you say "Ich habe den Tisch, den du wolltest", in esperanto you say "mi havas la tablon, kiun vi volis", in italian you say "ho il tavolo, che volevi". in these phrases "den", "kiun" and "che" from my point of view are already that kind of "resumptive pronoun" that you mentioned. and in english too: "i have the table" + "you wanted _that_" = "i have the table _that_ you wanted". (_resumptive pronoun_). i really don't understand why you (and other linguists) do call this a "gap". i have already asked you this concerning katanda, but i don't know your answer.
