    cansanta tango te kivatso

You don't want "te". "Kivatso" is an adjective.

    cansanta tango kivatso
    = Which (tango???) is good?

"Tango" is not a word (yet?).

    cansanta cango kivatso
    = Which automobile is good?

Latin "confer" = imperative of "conferre" = 'to compare'.
