ordering of preverb words (esp. tense-aspect and modality disjuncts)

Rick,
Are there any rules for ordering words that may precede verbs besides these two?

1) tense-aspect (LS 15.1):
>Note that when more than one aspect is applied to a verb using more than one word, tense must be applied to the outermost aspect, and the inner aspect(s) must be tenseless. A clause may have more than one aspect, but may not have more than one tense.

2) modality (LS 16.3):
>A clause can contain no more than one deontic modal disjunct, and it must follow any epistemic modals.
