No.  When you add "ki-" to a verb, it's equivalent to putting "kiva" in
the rightmost argument slot:

  Kimyunta = Myunta kiva = What is colored?

Here's what you want:

  Batsa kiva myusnaw cango ju = What is this automobile's color?

or

  Tenda cango ju kimyusni = What color does this automobile have?
