le- with mass nouns

Rick,
Does 'le-' force a mass noun to become a count noun, or does the 'lo-' have to be there too?

K-E has under "twenanendo" the word "lelomyusni" = 'colors' and under "sonce" the word "lelozuze" = 'rubies'.

But under "xopsi":

>xopsi - action(s), deeds, acts, doings. Note that since "xopsi" is
an event derivation, it is a generic mass noun by default.  You can
use the prefix "lo-" to convert it to a count noun. Mesimpa lexopsi
fokogo tufoy dindu tato mi = Your stupid actions in the auditorium
    made me angry.

"lexopsi" is used without 'lo-', despite the sentence preceding it.

In the following entries "lexonzapsi" also has no 'lo-':

>fusi - ... Kibe fusi tumi lexonzapsi te Kamaryabyo = Are you happy
    about Mary's activities?

>kosimba - ... Kibe kosimba tumi sekobyo
lexonzapsi peju te gekospu = Did you inform the professor about
    the computer activities?

>xonzapsi - activity, goings-on, doings. Dinda Kajobyo to te gekospu,
kosinve lekocabyo lexonzapsi peju = John is in the computer room
keeping the students up-to-date on the activities.

>bufusi - ... Kibe bufusi tumi lexonzapsi te
Kamexebyo = Are you sad about Michelle's activities?
