The ni form here is odd (I can't say incorrect since I don't know what sort of word ni is -- it probably can go almost anywhere, but one expects at yes-no points, not just before a term).  The first case seems to lack an l, but by now I am so confused by the gobbledygook that I am not sure.

There is a subtle but unintended difference between these two, due to the placement of "ni".  So let me remove that by moving "ni":

la prna le ni li ckli nlceki mstake

la je frmra se xsle pnsake lo ni drxoke mstako

lo je ckfa ni ldra prfra'aka

By this, ni and ni'u have the scope over the same things.

Not obvious what scope is meant to do for ni, etc., but I get your point.  My point is that, in the second case here, drxoke is still outside the scope of se (even if you put in the je).
