Can you show me your version of "se li mlti pxreki vska'ake" with the reading that it is unknown whether the picture was intended to represent a real or imaginary cat?
You're asking John, but I'll butt in and give my (provisional) answer: "la mlta vska'aka" or "la/sa fa mlto'e vska'aka" but not "sa mlta vska'aka" or "la/sa ha mlto'e vska'aka" Feel free to swap or otherwise alter the forms f & h. We've got agreed functions for c, d, f (sort of), g, j, k, l, m, n, r, s, x & proposed functions for b, h, p, v + a proposal to allocate a consonant to indicate an implicit x2 between x1 and x3 which leaves t, z, q I had proposed a /w/ phoneme with realization [N], but that would annoy prospective users, so I would leave the consonant inventory as /b, c, d, f, g, h, j, k, l, m, n, p, q, r, s, t, v, x, z/. Given the possible shortage of consonants, it might be better in due course to replace some of the Cs by nVk, so that, say, "va" is "noka" and pa is "naika", and so forth. --And.
