I've been out of this awhile, but here I'll try to do some answers.  First, the glossaries at
http://ceqli.pbwiki.com/
are the most accurate and up to date.

Second, I decided awhile back that i and u would not have a semivowel use, and replaced 
them with y and w for that.  Hence, kua and jai are replaced by kwa and jay.

vawel is vowel, and pifayvawel is semivowel.  Would anybody prefer 'vawl'?  I think I might.

dwa means must, and zol means should, ought to.

Ah, I see.  Seym is 'same'.  Well, to reverse that you have to do all the vowels, so 'different' 
would be 'smye'.  We also have 'ger' meaning 'other', which might be redundant with 'smye'.
