My first thought is to anagram liter into tiler or tilre, turn "james watt" into jewa, isaac
newton into zanu, pascal into skal.
Other SI units include
hertz, joule, coulomb, volt, ohm, farad, weber, henry, tesla, lumen, nit, lux, becquerel, gray, siemens, var.
Dimensionless units include the bel (or decibel).
Then there are all the obsolete cgs terms such as dyne and erg.
Something really exciting would be to create words for all the units that don't have special names in SI, such as m^2, m^3, kg/m^3, m/s, m/s^2, rad/s, m/s^2, or mixed terms for units like, Pa s, W/m^2, J/kg K, W/K, V/m, ...
