I think we need to emphasize that "ze" is a -number-.  Thus, the beat should
be such that it's not terribly unstressed.   Zbano might be zuh-BAN-o, but
ze bano would be more like ZE BAN-o.  Anyway, the rule will be that it's
-not- a schwa.
