Why not....
Go pipyar to jeneral tay jonz
French does it that way, I believe.

We could consider it short for
Go pipyar to jeneral hu bi tay jonz

Or we can scrunch 'hu bi' into 'hwi'
Go pipyar to jeneral hwi tay jonz

All would be permitted, but the first method would be used where no
confusion would result.  Hm?
