I've looked, too. We went through a lot of notions. One is that we have
one set of names for lower case and one for lower case:

b = bew  B = buy

And as an alternative to ew and uy we could have a lot of things. We picked
those two because they're not likely to clash with any other words we might
want, as ay and ey would, for example.

Problem with this scheme is, of course, lack of redundancy. We could
instead have unique, redundant names for the 14 consonants with 14 different
sets of vowels, but I can't come up with an esthetic set, or one easy to
learn. We are probably on better ground with bwey, bway for pronunciation
reasons. And, for that matter, if more than two are needed, they could be
extended to bwoy.

OTOH, lack of reduncancy means that all letters will have to have other
names when precision is required. Probably we should simply have an "as in"
word, thus: Let's say that zayn means 'as in'.

bwey zayn balu, cwey zayn caw, dwey zayn dom, etc.
