I haven't thought much about it, and have never uesd a language that cared about glottal stops explicitly, but punctuation seems reasonable. ^ or . or ' or ! for example. So much for a stable baseline :-) and Good thing we haven't renamed the group (yet) :-) I suspect this is one case where you'll just have to be the benevolent dictator, and choose something that you like. I suspect there will be many more such decisions as you move through the language creation process. I think you'll have trouble getting majorities on many issues, let alone consensus or unanimity.
