In Lojban, the terminator 'boi' is used to end a number or a string of
letters, since they are considered grammatically equivalent.

{by dunda cy boi dy}
B gives C to D.

I'm not sure whether they SHOULD be equivalent, because this creates
unexpected problems when using a pronoun and then some phrase that
begins with a number. But it is still necessary to have some terminator
for a letter/string of letters, so that they don't run together into an
acronym.

Unless... what if there were one set of pinvor for letter pronouns,
which automatically stand alone, and another for acronyms and for
spelling things? Such as "Cuj" for pronouns and "Cy" for letters that
are spelling a word or an acronym?
