don't see why not.

Some will say they're unpronounceable, maybe, but if so, they can use the
military words.

Let's have a vote:
1. Letter names in Cy
2. Letter names in Cew or Cej or some other standard VV
3. Letter names in varied VV forms Baw, Cej, Dwi, etc.
Keeping in mind that we want them available as pronouns for the consonants.
