Let's make it 'preja'

I call for -r as the thing to make a pinvor into a preja, to stand alone or
to compound with another preja.

BTW, I think we can have CV(V)r's like prejavor, provided that we check out
the corresponding CV(V), (vo, in this case) to make sure it doesn't need a
preya form.
