Yes, or rather, the rule is that in a series of verbs, the modifier of the
first verb only applies to the first verb.  If it is to apply to both it
must be repeated, or ,if you get all mathmatical in talking to your computer
or something, you could say:

Da kway (kom kay ho dorm).  Parentheses to be pronounced, of course.
Da kway taw kom kay ho dorm betaw.

This would be extreme and very technical. this is the kind of stuff Loglan
does a lot, but requires.  I want it to be possible for scientific usage.
