focus of measure words

Okay, I just found some examples of foci with measure words in lesson 21.

       [Since measure words are inherently relational (eg. "3 liters of
       water", "5 meters of rope", "2 kilograms of beef", "50 dollars
       in coins", etc), they are P/F-s by default.  Thus, we can open
       the argument structure by simply using the open noun marker
       "-aw".]
