A clause within a clause within a clause

Good evening list:

I seem to remember RAM outlining how, within an interlingua, to put a 
subordinate clause within a subordinate clause within a subordinate 
clause.

I read this in a version of his monograph.. I think.

Has anybody read this who can tell me where to read it again?
