The time will come that I will think more thoroughly about this topic. Now all I can say is: I am referring to 'information' in the sence of intellegible time- matter-energy implementation (of an idea). For example, I can treat a person in a specific way, making it abvious to an external observer that that person is a friend of mine. Englisch has "like" and "as" or no junctor at all. I treat him like a friend. I call him a friend. Modal disjuncts are related with that concept. They mean "I see it like...". So far, so long!
