reassignment of classifiers

The most used non-CV classifiers, based on the number of non-suffixed derivatives are, most used to least:

caw poy tay tya fyu kwi taw kay syo swi cea kwe soa kwa pya saw pwe swe kye cwe

The least used CV classifiers, from least used to most, are:

si ci pa po pi ki so co ti fe ta pe su to fo ku fa ka

If the classifiers are switched, replacing "caw" with "si", and "si" with "caw", and on down the line, then the most frequent classifiers would all have a CV form.
This might also keep the frequent modifiers in a CV form.
